    I've been training here for a few years and this gym, the trainer/owner (Chris), and the gym community are seriously the only thing that keeps me sane. I love it so much. Chris will push you and make you stronger, and he also is super knowledgeable and will customize your workout to your body and your needs. SAF is for EVERY body. The diversity of gender/age/race/size/fitness level here is amazing. Super welcoming and friendly space. I have worked out next to 20 year old men and 70-something women and everyone in between. Some folks are super fit and strong, others are just starting out. All of us are welcomed, supported, encouraged. Scheduling is also very flexible!...read full review

    Serious about Fitness is the perfect place to tackle your fitness goals. I started working with Chris the owner as a part of my recovery from a hemorrhagic stroke that had a pretty significant impact on my left side and cognitive functioning. After reading about how impactful exercise was to the development of grey matter I asked my husband to find a place for me to work out and that is when he came across Serious about Fitness.     This is a place to be experienced. My verbal review may not capture the full essence. I am sharing only a few call-outs.Results - We feel stronger, leaner, happier, muscular, and inspired ever since me and my wife started back here post-pandemic.The workouts : elaborate, personalized, and effective. Not so easy though, and require commitment and consistency on your part.Trainers:- Christopher Doran is among the best fitness coaches, who keeps pushing you to give your best.Conclusion:- This is the place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is serious about their fitness.
