We wanted a quick transaction and I thought he could get us in/out quickly. Altogether it took two hours to get everything taken care of. When all was said and done, we had a good experience. No games or tactics, otherwise we'd have walked. One thing they could improve is the waiting area. When you're there for multiple hours and they're out of water, it's frustrating because you can't exactly leave.“
