Consistently great customer service experience from start to finish. Anastasia was terrific! We needed to order an additional part requiring a couple of additional days and it was communicated well giving me options. And picking it up completed she explained the completed work in a professional and friendly way. Definitely recommend highly. And the Boxster drives great!

Owner of two P-cars for the last 3 years and this was my first experience at Porsche of Bellevue. I came in for a windshield washer that wasn’t working properly on my 20 year old gt3. After an inspection they noted a cracked coolant reservoir which is a common problem in these cars, especially considering their age. I was easily able to text my tech while on mid winter break vacation which was super easy. Everyone was very nice and the tech even remembered that I went skiing with my kids when I returned 10 days later to pick up my car. Easy to make appointment, arrange transportation options to get to work, drop off was by appointment and therefore no waiting. Later in the day I received text messages with a link to a video from the service technician showing what he was seeing for brake and tire wear, no sources of leaks, suspension inspection, drive shaft axles and boot covers etc. It was an innovative way to connect with the technician and what they were seeing. Car was clean and ready on time for pickup.
