Alex at Porsche Bellevue helped to resolve all the concerns that we had on our 2019 Panamera GTS. Our Porsche is driving great after the excellent service. I really appreciate the prompt communication and thoughtful suggestions on what needs to be done.
I had nothing but amazing things to say about the service center here.
Scheduling was easy and seamless, very communicative updates, prompt responses. Huge shoutout to Nicole P. who consistently went above and beyond; best service advisor I have ever worked with.
I will keep bringing my vehicles here!
Review of overall cost and why was comprehensive. I did not have to wait while dropping off my car or picking it up. The loaner car was also appreciated since the service took more than a day. Loved getting my car cleaned inside and out too!
