Was traveling to Seattle for business, and while I was there my Service B was due. I made an appointment for the following day on their online service.. quick and easy and they got me in right away. I waited in the lobby, enjoyed their coffee machine and snacks. I waited roughly just over an hour.. if you would like there is a few restaurants in walking distance of the dealership. The facility was clean and organized, while staff was attentive and knowledgeable not pushy at all to sell you additional service and parts, which is appreciated.. overall Mercedez of Bellevue was above satisfactory. My service advisor Shante was very nice and easy to work with.

Recently I had my Mecedes-Benz Service B done at Bellevue Service Center. Daniel did a great job in helping me for appropriate services to choose. I.e., no need to take all recommendations by the technicians. He showed his profession. Also the service was on time. The experiences with transport arrangement are excellent.One thing that I am not satisfied is that new tires are almost 2 years old (1722 while service date is March 2024). Expected less than 1 year old.

Purchased my vehicle from this location. Sales manager and finance team was great. One thing that could have been done better is being better prepared with car information prior to me arriving as I had given a heads up. There some turnaround time in terms of looking for car specs, carfax, etc. overall great experience and would recommend
