We made a CPO purchase of an EQB recently and was a smooth transaction. I saw the car online first, called in and spoke with the sales representative to make sure the car was available which he confirmed it was. I drove to the lot later that day, the car was waiting in the front. The sales rep walked me thru the car, answered my questions and got me setup for a test drive. My request to do a check on the health of the battery was completed timely. The purchase process was smooth, no pressure tactics. Overall I would recommend this dealer.

Update: The issue I was having was from a previous repair shop that I had just used and had put in an after market radiator and caused all the associated issues below. Mercedes spent a significant amount of time and expertise to unravel this mystery, and their Service Consultant, Scott Soden, was tremendous throughout this process. Paying the extra money to a dealership can be worth the additional money, which, in this case, would have save me a lot of money, time and frustration.
