Rivian Service Center provides exceptional service and maintenance for electric vehicles. By appointment only, the center is equipped to handle various issues, with a team of advisors setting out optimal repair plans to get customers back on the road quickly. The waiting room offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. Rivian's staff is friendly and helpful, despite being busy with deliveries. The center also dispatches mobile technicians to resolve concerns, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. With a focus on excellent customer service, Rivian Service Center goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for its customers.
Did an R2 test drive, went inside after and the team was very welcoming. Bellevue is really tough for test drives, though - so much construction and congestion, severely limiting the time driving or at least the experience of doing such. I might suggest longer time slots.
Single best shop I’ve ever dealt with after owning a dozen cars or so in my life of many different makes. I was an early adopter of the R1T, and that has come with numerous warranty claims and fixes along the road. If you have heard of an issue with the first gen, I’ve hit it. 55k miles later, the Seattle and Bellevue service centers have taken care of me with each and every one, and gone above and beyond each time. In a day and age where I don’t know if there really is such a thing as logically having brand loyalty, Rivian has thus far made a believer out of me!
The Rivian Service Center in Bellevue delivered one of the smoothest and most professional parts‑ordering experiences I've had with any EV manufacturer. Stewart and Joelle went above and beyond to track down hard‑to‑find components for my R1T, and they handled the entire process with a level of care that truly stands out.
Both of them were proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was correct the first time.
