“Happy repeat customer after our roof was done. We had Premier Energy Solutions rebuild our deck, replacing windows, and siding. Our house looks like a new build. Angel and his crew were awesome. They worked quickly and thoughtfully on everything they did. Leaving the area cleaner at the end of the work day than it was when they started. Angel answered all questions immediately. We are so impressed with the quality of work done.

Had our roof redone in June with Premier Energy Solutions. I have been in contact with Elvis for seven years. Unfortunately we have had other projects come up that were priority. But when he called he asked when he could call back to check if we were ready. Finally, we were ready to have our roof replaced. Scott and his son came out and gave us a quote. We liked them but wanted to get another quote to see our options. They were very thorough in describing the materials and the job. Their quote was more affordable and the materials were better. So we chose them.

Four workers came to the house and were very respectful of our house. They worked very hard and cleaned up everyday.

“My experience with Puget Sound Window and Door was impressive. Nate was my first contact and he proved to be a Project Manager with great knowledge and passion for the products he represents. Another reason for his success is due to his clear and exceptionally prompt communication skills. Once I made a decision to order a fiberglass custom Therma-Tru entry door, it was installed within 2 months. Everything ran on schedule, as Nate checked in giving updates. The door is beautiful and the quality is extraordinary. I couldn't be happier! My satisfaction is also the result of Dymtri and his apprentice. For starters, they followed in Nate's shoes as being punctual, respectful and friendly. They began the installation by covering both the hardwood floors and nearby furniture. Then, throughout the job they vacuumed to keep the workspace free of debris and dust. Dymtri is very conscientious. He installed the door to perfection. Not only functionally, but took an interest in it aesthically. During the installation, Nate stopped by as a reassurance all was going well. Observing the crew together, there is no doubt they take pride in teamwork. The next day there was a small issue with the door handle that I had purchased through another company. I contacted Nate that morning. He was here within an hour to solve the problem. He called a different installer of the same name, Dymtri, who fixed the problem within minutes.
Thank you Puget Sound Window and Door for hiring skilled people. They are a real asset to your company. Hence, my reccomendation coming with 5 stars in all areas.
