Very professional staff! Jeremy and Jack installed our fire place and we are very happy with the installation. They kept us well informed of the process of the installation and worked tiredless until everything looked exactly as promised.
We are very happy with Cascade Fire Solutions! We actually bought a new gas fireplace from them 5 years ago and loved it. But last year we started having trouble with it. It was making a lot of noise from the fan. It was bad and the whole unit would rattle with noise when the fan came on. I tried to fix it myself and took the glass front off. I ended up breaking the glass trying to put it back on. Then I did a really bad thing and lit the fire up with the glass front off. I did not know you are NEVER supposed to do that and I burned up the pilot assembly so the pilot would not stay lit. I finally called Cascade for help. From start to finish, this was fire. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home like it was their own. They answered all my questions without making me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about (which I didn't). Jack and Jeremy were professional and friendly, their craftsmanship was impeccable, the cleanup was thorough, and now we never want to leave the coziness of the fire. 10/10 recommend, they brought the heat.
