We have been taking our reactive dog to BVPR for several years, both for grooming and boarding. They have never failed to be considerate, caring, and attentive. Despite some staff turnover in the past year, we have not noticed any change in the quality of service they provide to our pup.

We recently had our husky stay 11 days with them. It was the first time that we had our husky away from us for such a long period of time. We had thought that maybe by the time we came back Regalia would be relieved to come home but it seemed like he had such an amazing time at this resort that he was still trying to get back inside and get at the other dogs by the time we got him! I'm glad that it seemed like our dog had a wonderful time. I absolutely loved this place. We were getting our two doxies groomed here since we moved in October 2019. The first couple times we went were great and the groomers did great, throughout the last two years every other time we went they didn't do their nails or something small but not enough for us to not go back. This last time we went, we said that we wanted what they had last time ( which was a haircut and bath ) because that groom was perfect and they said okay. We picked them up almost 4-5 hours later (they told us they would be that long and that was fine) and they didn't cut their hair other than just their back legs and their feet were trimmed and they had a bath...read full review
