“Our pup broke her nail really bad, and while Heart and Soul couldn't get us in the day it happened, we were able to schedule an appointment for 9am the next day. The staff was very sweet and kind with our dog. We left her in their care around 9:20, and got the call around 10:45 for her nail removal was successful, and we could pick her up at noon.
While our dog was groggy from the sedation, she is healing nicely. On top of it all the price wasn't too bad. We highly recommend Heart and Soul for any pet emergency!“

“I love that this is a cat only clinic it’s so unique to find locally and I’m so happy I found this vet for my little Bella. She just got spayed and has been doing great. The staff are informative and every time I come in I feel taken care of and every one is so kind. They even offer a treat every time I bring Bella to help calm her down, even whip cream once! They have towels in the lobby you can drape over the carrier that have a calming scent on them. Overall the experience is good for going to the vet and I’d recommend this clinic to my friends and family.“

Brought our 15yr old senior cat Moses in on Monday Jan 2nd for pale gums and lethargy. He had already declined over the past few months. They were about to do bloodwork to figure out what the issue was but his heart stopped while in the back. They tried their best to bring him back but he never did.“

“Dr. Lane and Emma, as well as the rest of the team here at red maple are exceptional. We came in with 4 of our cats plus our dog to get a bunch of work done, the process was smooth, low stress, and the care performed excellent as always.“

“I have taken all of my cats here for many years! This vet we recommend to me and they have always been incredible. Yes, sometimes there may be a wait because of other emergency appointments and other situations but that is okay because they have always gotten us in and helped my cats when I have needed them to. As someone who has had emergency appointments, I do understand.

When my cat was having breathing issues, they got us in and did imaging and were able to explain that she had cancer as well as fluid in her lungs. They were so compassionate and caring with the end of life process with having to put her down. It was just so sudden but they were so incredibly kind and I am grateful to the care they showed at that appointment and afterwards. The services they offered for cremation were beautiful as well as everything that we included to remember my cat by for years to come. I am very grateful to them, at one of the hardest moments I have ever experienced, they were all wonderful and I appreciate the staff and vet for everything they did that day.

They have neutered my cat and did such an amazing job with the surgery and everything involved in the process and afterwards too.

They helped take care of my youngest kitten when he ate something that he shouldn’t have and were able to help him through that when it was an emergency situation.

They have seen all of my cats on an ongoing basis and have taken such care with them. They have always provided care and information. They have always been upfront with everything and I have really enjoyed going here, it is worth the drive out to visit this vet!

“I started bringing my cat to this clinic during the pandemic. My cat was very well treated, and the staff were lovely and caring. This week, age and a rapid decline in health finally forced me to put my dear kitty to sleep. The clinic was able to fit me in on short notice, as my cat was in pain. The staff were very kind and patient, and my cat passed as peacefully as I could have hoped. Two days later, I was surprised to receive condolence flowers from the clinic—an entirely unexpected act of kindness. “I took my dog there to get x rays since my vets machine was down. I called and explained what happened and they got us in the next morning. They got my dogs records so I jut had to sign consent forms.
They were so nice! The waiting room was very large as well as the exam rooms! The dr. Sat on the floor and examined my dog so we didn't have to pick her up. My dog really liked the dr. she even went happily for x rays! She NEVER wants to go in the back, she always resists. I was so impressed, they are now our regular vet!“
