The staff are really friendly, understanding, and helpful. My dog had diarrhea for a week. The vets saw him two times and twice answered my questions by phone. My dog was prescribed 1-1/2 tablets of an antibiotic and the staff kindly cut several tablets in half because they knew the tablets were hard to cut without a special pill cutter!
I was visiting Vancouver from out of town when my dog injured herself, and I was so grateful to be able to get a last-minute Saturday appointment, which was easy to book online.

Another great experience at Three Creeks! I love their scheduling system for urgent appointments/emergencies. it's still same day like other emergency vets but not having to wait for 3 hours is priceless! On top of that convenience - the staff there is really down to earth and kind! The provider we saw was so great at explaining my dogs issues and seemed to really care -- I genuinely recommend this wonderful facility you can trust with your fur baby! 🫶🏻
