I arrived at 8:40 for a 9:00AM appointment. The staff were friendly and checked me in immediately. The puppy received pets from the staff. The staff set me up for a different medication to be filled outside of Claus paws. The doggie went back for his vaccinations, and we were checked out and left by 9.05 AM.
