I'm surprised at those who have had negative experiences with Kaiser. I have an incredible team; Dr. Anuras, who is a very knowledgeable, kind and clear communicator who takes time with me, and Dr. Laynor who is just as kind, knowledgeable and clear in her explanations. I've never waited more than five minutes passed my appointment time and get prompt responses to my messages. While my primary has changed as Doctors move on, I've been fortunate in getting new ones that are very compassionate and responsive.
My experience yesterday at urgent care was excellent. The Dr's & RN's we're amazing. I'm back for my 2nd day of IV antibiotics. The triage staff yesterday was informative and very helpful. Today, not so much. I asked them specially if Dr Chris was in and no answer. They also stated that I will have to wait for a room before receiving my 2nd dose of IV antibiotics. I have to be monitored. Well there's chairs all over this place and to me it would make more sense if they had a floating monitoring RN. They mentioned it wouldn't take 6 hours today however I didn't mind waiting yesterday because of the service being so good. We will see. Jessie ended up being my RN and she was great. Thank you again ‼
I just rode along, but my husband has been seen here in Optometry, Urology, and Endocrinology. He has been satisfied with his care, out come, follow up and prescriptions when necessary. It is nice to be able to be seen sooner if your willing to drive to the location that has an appointment closest on the calendar. Thank you Kaiser for your many locations and Services.
