The only thing is booking can be really tricky and slow. I typically have to call the front desk multiple times and leave a few voicemails before I can get an appointment. I wish there was an online booking option or faster way to schedule!“

“My wk started with Dr Fongs fantastic pre-op nurses, techs and office personel at his office , and finished at Colby providence hospital the same wk, with Dr Fong and his medical team along with the great providence hospital employees I've always experienced there. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Fong as my urologist and Laser surgeon, and more so since my surgery and stay at Colby providence. P.S. “I had a good initial visit the internal medicine WSU depart. The front desk staff were welcoming. The back office staff were through and pleasant. The doctors were very good. The only 2 items that detracted from the visit, the parking validation. I did not understand it. QR codes are not my forte'. Also we talked about drawing labs but I was not given directions where find the labs. So, I forgot and came home. I called the office and I will go to Monroe to get my labs in the morning.

I found Dr. Kupferman about 18 months ago while searching for a gynecologist who specializes in menopausal care. In my first appointment I came with a list of questions / concerns. Dr. Kupferman kindly addressed each point without making me feel rushed. Her bedside manner is warm and empathetic.

After the first appointment I started hormone replacement therapy and Dr. K helped adjust the dosage until it was exactly right for me. I've since returned 4 times for the Mona Lisa treatment and have had great results. Each visit she has consistently had a wonderful, caring bedside manner.

I had previously brought my hormone / menopausal concerns to my PCP and was kindly, but completely dismissed.
