We are so used to being treated like a nuisance just because we don't have insurance. The people here are amazing and so helpful. We were transparent about not having insurance, and they were transparent about prices. They also didn't try to charge us for things we didn't need. Dr. Amy was especially kind and helpful. I love that she was honest, but not cruel about the info. I don't know if this is the standard for Washington, because it is absolutely not the standard for Texas.
