We called twice to get new filters for our furnace but they never did send then out. We finally went and got them at the Blue Flame office. We're retired so it wasn't a big deal but it would have been easier if they had sent them.
I purchased my furnace from Blue flame heating & air conditioning a few years ago. The installation went well, their pricing was very competitive and the furnace has performed better than we expected. Naturally I wanted them to come out and do the service. I'm glad I did. The technician explained things, gave me a suggestions, and left me feeling confident I made the right choice going with them for the original purchase and the service. I definitely recommend.
The office was nice informing me that they needed to reschedule the appointment, fine. The technician was on time, professional and courteous. They came for a diagnosis and wanted 1.2K to replace 2 parts (capacitor and connector) but that would not guarantee the fix and would be only the beginning to "continue the diagnosis" after. I felt this price was overinflated and not a true diagnosis to attempt to fix the root problem. Look for alternatives.Service: HVAC system repair
