Maverick was great throughout the whole process - from letting me know his arrival in advance so I could crate my dogs, to explaining the process, taking pictures, and repeatedly asking if I had any questions. Teresa is thorough in her services while using products that are either chemical free or products that are more friendly to the environment. She has made recommendations on focus areas and brings out issues as she notices while cleaning before it gets worst. This has been the case in pointing out a damp area in the past that turned out to be a leak in the bathroom. She is very courteous, communicates well and her rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend her services“

“My mom had a shower pipe break under the crawl space of her home -UGH!! We had to get the water out of there and cleaned up before my plumber could resolve the issue. He recommended to call WRIGHT WAY Restoration. I called and talked to Abby who was able to get someone out within a couple of hours. I believe she sent Erik and Johnny to the house, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring about the project and making sure that the mess was cleaned up for my mom the Wright Way and immediately. When they were done, and the issue was resolved my plumber came out afterwards and did his work.

“Hired the ProCleanTeam to clean our gutters and apply a moss treatment to our roof. In the process of cleaning the gutters, they cracked the windshield on our car. They have gone radio silent and are not responding to my emails or phone calls (1.5 months later), despite having acknowledged the damage at the time it happened. I would recommend caution before working with them, the difficulty in actually talking to anyone who works there (I think they have an outsourced call center managing their phone number) seems to be a red flag.

“Rain City Maids did a great job. This was a regular cleaning for a house under 1,000 sq ft focused on bathrooms and the kitchen, two hours for $224. They joked that my house was the perfect level of dirty, which was oddly a compliment and very accurate. They spent about an hour on each bathroom and it was absolutely worth it. The bathrooms clearly needed the extra attention and they looked fantastic when he was done. They also called to ask if we wanted to extend the time so they could get to the kitchen, which I really appreciated but instead we just asked them to come back again in two weeks and maybe they can get bathrooms and kitchen done then lol. We were very pleased with the work and with the cleaner!“
