“Daniel and his team took care of us very well!

We had an odd situation where our house had mismatched floors. Upstairs was a very pretty prefinished red oak that unfortunately had deep bevels between them. Downstairs was an engineered hardwood that we didn’t like and was a completely different shade to the upstairs.

We were being pushed by several other flooring contractors to cover everything up with floating LVP to make it match. We were dead set on hardwood though and Daniel’s team came through:

- refinished the upstairs with no issues. This was hard to do since they had to sand down quite a bit to get the floors smoothed out to where there is no longer a bevel at all
- installed one new staircase and refinished an old one
- took out the old engineered hardwood and put in new floor to match the upstairs flooring

They let us see different samples for finishes and final coats. They also worked well with our bigger overall project and scheduling between other contractors.

Daniel has been super responsive and happy to come take a look at any last polish items to fix.

Best of all, we spent just about the same amount to get real wood floors vs putting yucky plastic floors in (the quotes were similar). So happy with our floors now!“
