“This was my first experience, as a relatively new homeowner, in hiring a contractor. Ron surveyed the water damage in my home and verbally quoted me a price and timeline, but I never actually received a written quote, and I did not see Ron again after the first day. His crews were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. There were delays in the project, some of them being out of Ron’s control, but after initially being told the repairs would take 7 workdays, I did not foresee the project eventually taking 11 weeks. Other delays seemed to occur because it is clear there are more projects than workers these days and people are spread thin. At times it appeared difficult to get a crew scheduled, and there were multiple points during the project in which there would be a full week of no work being done on my home. I remained patient, but there were some communication difficulties as Ron can be hard to reach at times. I was satisfied with the quality of the work completed, and I will think of Ron again for any other work needing to be done on my home.Services: General repairs“

“Wheeler Painting and Restoration has completed two projects for us. The first project was to cut a trench drain in the garage to direct water away from a wall and to repair the water damage to the molding and drywall. The second project was to identify the source of moisture in a storage space, which required removing a deck, repairing the source of the leak, drywall and painting.Both projects were completed efficiently, had an extremely high quality of finished product (like new), and were completed at a very reasonable cost. Both projects were also fairly complex and the project management and troubleshooting was next-level. It felt like an episode of Holmes on Homes where they were able to quickly identify the original builder's mistakes and find creative solutions to fix the problem and make the damaged area look brand new. They are experts at what they do and will be our first call in the future if we need some work done on the house.“
