The Arken team is exceptional. These guys are family owned, local, very organized (which you will discover is very important with contents!) and quick to respond. As a restoration contractor who is detail oriented, I take notice of others who have a similar mindset and motives. As a homeowner, going through water or fire damage is disruptive but having the right people around you to help during those times (if and when they happen) will make the difference between a smooth experience or a poor one. If you need a team to help you move out of your home or business temporarily while damage is addressed, this outfit is the one to call.
Andrew is truly one of a kind. Arken takes great care and compassion when handling your personal belongings. We went through a fire damage and found Arken and were amazed at how professional and knowledgeable they were. They dealt with my insurance so I didn’t have to. Their crew were super friendly and nice to our kids. Going through a crappy situation like that but having people come in who truly care and take the time made all the difference!! They cleaned all our contents and electronics and archived everything for the Insurance so we didn’t have to worry about one thing. From start to finish we could not be happier!
I have had such a great experience with this company. Honestly they are so helpful, they did a cleaning for me and then did my dry cleaning. GREAT BUSINESS AND I WILL FOREVER USE THEM.
