I can tell you it is difficult to find a trainer that truly understands injuries, and how to progress patients. I have sent Kelvin patients recovering from various injuries and he has been nothing but professional and skilled. I have personally trained with him as well and I can't say enough about this man. He is the real deal!“

The front desk is always pleasant, the facility is spotless thanks to Manuel and crew but I mostly come for the Zumba classes and the friends I've made( instructors and other members). Every instructor has their own style and flair so it's always interesting and challenging. I recently started going to Yuko's class on Friday at 8:30 and it has turned into the highlight of my week. She's already attained rock star status thanks to her energy,choreo and music. What a incredible addition to LA Fitness evidenced by a packed house every Friday.“

14025 NE Woodinville Duvall Rd, Woodinville“I was a little apprehensive about joining PF for all of the lunk alarm, etc rules. I joined and the staff has been friendly and helpful. It's about 75% cardio and weight lifting machines, followed by Smith machines and dumbbells. As long as you're okay with that, it works. PF gets beat up on social media. I may not agree with all of their policies or schtick, but I haven't had any adverse experiences here, or at two other PFs I've been to. I do see dedicated people at different times getting their workouts on and a fair amount look fit. It's not a meat market either and no attention seekers or people putting up tripods to be the next fitness influencer. People tend to get in and get out. Overall I'd recommend PF as a convenient, inexpensive, and clean gym to get out of the house and keep up on basic fitness. So far, so good and it works for what it is in the gym space.“
