“Decided to try bidding in an auction. Since i have only once (back in the early 70's) gone to an auction...and (managed to bid against my husband!),because of our "stay-at-home" edict placed on the population of CA-decided to give it another shot.Saw a sweet little Lalique "Happy Cat" up for sale, decided that i have at least two people who are very much cat lovers that would love owning it and made that my "ease into" the auction game. “Winston from Junwell Property Management has been working with us as buyer's agent for the last year and half. A few things stand out: First, Winston has been very patient with us. As everybody knows, now is not a great time to be a buyer's agent. We have made maybe five or six offers, unfortunately we lost all of them. Winston never gave us any pressure, instead he always suggests us to be mindful and cool headed, and not getting into any bidding war that we were not comfortable with. Second, Winston always provides all available information to us, not only pre-inspection report, title report, etc, but his own market analysis, and what should be a reasonable price based on that. Last but certainly not least, Winston is just a great person to be around, he genuinely cares about the buyer's needs and keeps our best interest in mind, instead of just pushing to get a deal done. “I don't usually take the time to write reviews but after consulting with Lisa Lucas for the interior update of my mother's 1954 city brick home that she helped us sell, in record time, I had to take the time to share my thoughts. Lisa recommended the paint colors for a full house update, had a keen sense of what needed to be done (and what didn't) both inside and outside the house to get it ready to sell, and was very responsive when we had questions or problems along the way. She staged the home in a mid-century appeal that looked harmonious with the age of the house and added just the right touches to generate maximum interest in the home. I believe that we got top dollar for our home largely due to her hard work and expertise. I appreciated her interior design guidance so much that I also asked (begged!) her to help us update our rural suburban home. We followed her suggestions for paint colors, carpet, lighting, and furniture placement "to a tee" and are extremely happy with the results. Lisa gives candid feedback, is thoughtful but decisive with her guidance, is full of ideas (she saved us money by providing cheaper but equally beneficial alternative solutions to ideas we had), and works with integrity and professionalism to help transform a home within budget - whether to appeal to prospective buyers for maximum sale value or to simply update a home consistent with your own unique style and personality.“
