A client of mine engaged Oliver Kotelnikov to market its business. He very promptly and professionally valued the business and found a buyer. He continued to provide invaluable assistance to me and my client in negotiating terms, arriving at an acceptable purchase agreement and eventually with a multi-faceted closing. From time to time when feathers got a little ruffled, he quickly smoothed them. I am not so sure the sale would have been completed without his very competent and knowledgeable assistance, and calm demeanor.
