It's a decent space. Parking is insanely expensive, $30 a day if I recall correctly. Location is pretty bad, you'll need to walk through the dangerous part of third if you aren't gonna take a bus or car.

Actually never visited anything in that building, it was a bus stop at the corner of that building but hey I give it five stars because there was never any incidents there and as far as I know no one ever got hurt while standing there waiting for the bus especially since it was close to midnight in downtown Seattle.
