“Did a drop in class while visiting town. I must say, I enjoyed every moment! From a quick guest sign up, friendly customers service, cleanliness with the air smell down to the towels and yoga mat! I haven’t done any real exercising since having my two kids so I felt like the yoga instructor dove in smoothly, then advancing to what I found difficult (given my postpartum body)— however she gave really good alternative positions and motions to work with. So I was able to keep up with the class and instructor smoothly and not feel left out. I appreciated every moment and the environment!”
