Our home had some very unfortunate water damage from a poor patch in the roof from previous owners. It ended up affecting a good bit more than the roof. We had so much water soaked into the roof supports that it froze, and we would have water leakage when there was no rain because it was thawing on warmer days.
Jesus was able to come asses the situation within 24 hours, take measurements, and provide an estimate. Very reasonably priced and able to take time to place a temporary cover over the main problem until they were able to start the work.
Once started, they were non-stop each day. The team was always timely, punctual, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. We never felt in their way, and we're always respectful of our space and situation. We have a few dogs, and they made it easy to coordinate them, also not being an issue while they were working.
Every step of the way, Jesus would provide updates and ask our input for any situation that came up with the roof repair and front door as there was sufficiently more damage than anticipated. As such, the project took a little longer than forseen, and they were able to continue without affecting other jobs they had scheduled. Could not have asked for a better team to work with.
We will definitely have them help us with our next project. As said in previous reviews, they do way more than roofing, and they do it all with precision and care for their work. It's not just about making the customer happy. They want to be proud of their work as well.
