Love the crew at Foot and Ankle! They are very accommodating and I’ve never had a bad experience. My visit yesterday though, kept me waiting over 30 minutes and it was only when I reached out and asked what was going on Did I find out that the doctor had been overbooked. So of course I understand things happen, but in the future after 15 minutes of waiting, I would appreciate it if someone would come in to let me know that there’s gonna be a hold up.

I have been getting PT at FASA for a while and I love everyone there. The staff are all very knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job and care about their clients. My husband and daughter both had great experiences there before I went. They had foot problems, and that’s when I found out that they do PT for the whole body. Who knew?!? I’m so glad I called for help with my TMJ. My jaw was killing me and it’s finally gotten manageable.

Friendly staff. A little bit too busy and packed. It would’ve been nice to have had the exam room doors closed for privacy, but they were left open. However, overall, it was a good experience.
