6826 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“They were so friendly and inviting! I don't know WHAT shampoo and conditioner they use, but they had my baby looking and feeling LUXURIOUSLY soft. Like if there was a doggy shampoo commercial, he could be in it. And he was def feeling himself. If they can work that type of magic with a short haired dog (pitbull mix single coat) I can only imagine what they can do with long haired dogs!“

25297 Big Valley Rd NE, Poulsbo“My dog Frederick is not a pet, he's a working dog. Needless to say he has lots of energy, and very little manners. His life revolves around his nose, as it should. Big Valley is unique in that it separates dogs into several different play yards, based on breed, age, temperament, and activity needs. Each yard has a professional Pack Leader that stays with the dogs at all times. Frederick can hardly contain his excitement when he figures out that we're heading toward Big Valley. He always ends up in a yard with Aussies, Sheppards, Pinchers, Rotties, Heelers, etc. If your dog is chill, they'll end up in a yard full of Creams, Goldens, Poodles, and King Charles's. If you're PD, DOD, TSA, BS, Sheriff, or anything in-between, this is where you want to board.“

8337 15th Ave NW, Seattle“This place is rad and they have nice staff. The website is refreshingly easy to use - and I liked the bios of the staff.
Some of the way that the pricing scale works is a bit ambiguous, so I can feel a little hoodwinked when I get to the cash register. Nothing is unreasonably priced and I don’t feel taking advantage of - it just feels like when they put a price on the menu it’s more of a ballpark than an actual figure. I wish the pricing was more standardize/straightforward“

Ginny is always excited to go and happy when she returns. These folks are absolutely top-notch for daycare as well as boarding. This place is a gem!!!“

8500 15th Ave NW Unit B, Seattle“Very handy! It's got everything you need! Towels had other dogs hair so I didn't use on my hypoallergenic dog, which is why the 4 stars. Also wished they listed the price anywhere before i paid, $19 a wash for shampoo, flee repellent, and conditioner for 20 minutes. Not bad! Love that it all came out the same hose, so easy with my wiggly pup!“

1400 NW Market St #103, Seattle“My review is based purely on grooming (Brooke specifically!) because my dog doesn't enjoy daycare or boarding so I don't have much experience to go off of there. I've had dogs my whole life but I now have a dog that has long, easily matted fur for the first time ever. The very first time I brought her to Citydog, Brooke told me many good practices to keep her mat free between grooms. I've been back to her countless times and she always does a great job. It's the reality of all long haired dogs that they need to be combed and brushed daily at home. Although I don't do a great job of keeping up with this maintenance between grooms, I'm so grateful I can trust Brooke to help reset my dog's fur whenever I come in. She always does exactly what I ask for and tells me which areas I need to pay more attention to when I'm brushing her at home based on where the most of her mats were. I used to live in Ballard but moved away about 2 years ago and haven't been able to find a groomer who does as good of a job as Brooke.“

824 NW 46th St, Seattle“We’ve had a good experience with daycare and boarding. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. We really like the flexible drop off and pick up times. And our dog enjoys staying there. The only disappointing thing we’ve occurred was being charged a $20 after hours fee for arriving 4 minutes after 7pm, which was a bit ridiculous. But overall a good place to board your pups.“

6005 15th Ave NW, Seattle“Dr. Schneider and the team at Family Pet Vet is amazing. My buddy was having some health issues, notably low appetite. The Dr. performed an extensive review, provided a detailed differential diagnosis and explained a program of care and next steps.
It can't be overstated what a difference this is from my prior vet. My buddy is showing remarkable improvement from this morning. Thank you!“

“We cannot recommend Kylee at Run Dog Run highly enough! We began working with her after we adopted our 3.5 year old Border Collie who had spent several months in shelters. The difference we have seen is nothing short of remarkable, and our dog LOVES her!
Kylee not only helped all of us with basic obedience, she helped him build confidence and become much less reactive with other dogs and to his surroundings through desensitization training. We also learned how to engage his high intelligence and channel his energy and instincts in practical ways to ensure he has a structured and balanced life.
It really helps too that the team at Run Dog Run will know about your dog’s training and will reinforce key aspects (like no jumping on people!) if the dog attends daycare/boarding. Half-day sessions once a week really improved our dog’s socialization and confidence as well. This combination has worked wonderfully for us.
Through her program, our dog has transformed from an anxious, jumpy pup to a confident, well-adjusted dog who understands his job is to engage with us and not to stress over every passing car or squirrel.
Thank you, Kylee, for being such a knowledgeable and compassionate trainer for Wrigley! We are so grateful to have found you!“
