I am so thrilled my friend recommended this place to me!!! Unfortunately, my dogs had a pretty horrible experience at their last groomer, so I was very nervous to take them to a new place. The staff is so kind, so understanding, very good at what they do, and SO fast! They were super empathetic towards my shy dog and understood that she might be extra nervous since she was pretty significantly injured at her last groomer. Even though Dog Star Grooming is about 30 minutes away from my house but I will absolutely be a regular there due to my incredible experience today. Thank you to the whole team!
I brought my very nervous terrier “Birdy” in to have a nail trim for the first time with Ingrid and boy did she and her assistant make it a positive experience. They were calming, efficient, timely, and professional. Birdy and I are so grateful and will definitely be back.
I've been taking my dog Stevie here for almost two years, and the team is fantastic. She's a nervous dog by nature, but they do a great job getting her through a groom and nail clip. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a groomer upgrade!
