The Family Pet Veterinary Hospital provides amazing and communicative care with a super sweet staff that genuinely loves their jobs. The team performs extensive reviews, offers detailed explanations, and helps walk through problems and future steps. However, they are often booked for weeks, which can lead to recommendations for urgent care. While some pets show remarkable improvement, this availability issue defeats the purpose for some clients, who find it illogical to constantly go elsewhere.
I am so grateful for everyone at Family Pet who all take such good care of my two chihuahuas, Maya and Saffron. Doctor Jenna Chavez truly takes extra time to consider all of our concerns and offer counsel and care. She recently put our worries at ease for Saffron's collapsing trachea and I know she is always there to answer any questions I have. She lets me know I am never a bother. All of the techs do a great job with our regular nail trims, most notably Gavin, and manage Maya's feisty demeanor with grace.
