“Gilmer and the team at Touchstone Roofing are amazing. Initially, in fall of 2025, I was seeking a quote for some siding repair. However during the inspection, Gilmer was incredibly knowledgable, pointing out areas that were in more immediate need of attention vs. areas that are structurally sound. This helped me prioritize my project and made sure I was focused on the most pressing issues. The team addressed the siding and replaced the soffits around my entire home along with new gutters. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with little disruption to my daily activity. At one point several months later, a portion of the gutter came loose. Gilmer and his team came out the same day I reported it to fix it, quickly and professionally. This spring, I reached out to them again to help fix up a shed (new roof, gutters, pressure washing, painting) and replace and old wood deck with a new Trex deck. Again, the work was quick, professional, and the prices are absolutely fair (verified with multiple quotes and via friends who work for the housing authority). As the Trex expanded with the heat, they came back to address any changes or gaps. I am incredibly happy with the work Touchstone performed for me, and I plan to reach out to them again for future projects. So happy I've finally found a reliable team to work with!
