I appreciated that the quoted price included all stain, lumber and supplies - no sticker shock after the fact. Would definitely go back to them again for future work.“

4913 70th Ave W, University Place“Working with Steadfast was an 11 out of 10 experience. They served as the general contractor for our condominium's extensive exterior water intrusion remediation and renovation project, which took place over 11 months. From the initial planning stages through final completion, they consistently exceeded our expectations.
Isaiah Park, General Manager, and Christian Cordon, on-site Superintendent, provided exceptional leadership. Their technical expertise, professionalism, organization, and meticulous attention to detail were evident every step of the way. Just as importantly, they held themselves and every member of their team to the highest standards of safety, craftsmanship, and accountability.
What truly set Steadfast apart though was their communication and commitment to our community. They kept residents informed throughout the entire process, responded to questions and concerns quickly, and were consistently transparent, proactive, and solution-oriented. They anticipated challenges before they became issues, navigated unexpected situations with professionalism, and thoughtfully balanced the needs of individual homeowners with the priorities of the project and our community as a whole.
Above all though, their integrity was outstanding. They provided realistic expectations from the outset, delivered accurate cost estimates, and did an outstanding job managing the project within budget.
Large-scale construction projects are inherently disruptive, but Steadfast turned what could have been a stressful experience into one built on trust, collaboration, and confidence. They were far more than a contractor—they were a true partner in achieving our shared goal of restoring and improving our building.
I highly recommend Steadfast.“

“We hired Patriot Roofing because they seemed to be the best overall roofing company and provided the best solution among all of the roofing bids we acquired.
From the initial consultation with Kraig, who was great to work with, he provided us with his vision and recommendations for our roofing project, which involved both shingles and a section of flat roof with a Duro-Last PVC installation.
Our roofing project took a total of seven full working days, with primarily the same crew and production managers from start to finish. Overall, the crews were on time each day and did a great job with the shingle portion of the project.
Our primary area of concern is the attention to detail with the PVC installation, as this is our first experience with a new Duro-Last PVC roofing system. Upon inspecting the completed roof, we noticed a considerable and alarming number of random repair patches in areas that seemed to have no rhyme or reason for being there, especially on a brand-new PVC installation. In some sections even a slight crimping of the PVC is present and visable.
My analogy is that it's like having a flat tire repaired before you actually get a flat. It simply didn't make sense to us why these patches were necessary on a new installation. We understand and accept that patching may be required at certain seams, corners, and other critical transition areas. However, the seven to ten random, odd-sized patches looked unprofessional and ultimately became an eyesore, especially on a $50K+ roofing project. We expected a better-finished product for an investment of this size.
We tried to think of every reasonable explanation as to why these patches would be needed in those locations, but we could only come to one of two conclusions: either poor installation practices and inexperience by the installation crew, or an attempt to cover up material defects or imperfections by salvaging materials or installation processes.
During the final walk-through with VP Brian, we pointed out these concerns. He also did not seem to have a clear explanation at the time as to why the patches were needed. He stated that he had not been informed of those details, which suggests there may have been a breakdown in communication throughout the project. It also raises questions about how much involvement higher management has in ensuring these types of issues are addressed before a project is considered complete.
As customers, we are generally not the type to complain. However, for a company that takes pride in its workmanship and installation quality, this experience has left us wondering whether we made the right choice in selecting Patriot Roofing for such an expensive investment.
Although they advertise a 25-year local warranty, only time will tell how well the installation and roofing system hold up over the years.
Lastly, one of our windows was chipped and cracked during the project. To their credit, they responded promptly and made arrangements to correct the issue, which we will be following up on.
Update 08/19/26
To the credit of Patriot Roofing, they provided us with an adequate credit and remedy without the unnecessary need to redo the entire PVC section. Instead, they recommended better, more uniform patches, which we agreed to as long as they could guarantee the structural integrity and warranty.
They also coordinated the repair and replacement of the broken window that was damaged during the project.
Ultimately, we would have preferred not to have gone through this experience in the first place. Nevertheless, Patriot Roofing made a genuine effort to make things right and address our concerns. For that, we appreciate their efforts.
Thank you, Patriot Roofing.“
