I was happy with the care I received. It was good, not great. However, the billing department is an absolute mess! Very disappointing. The care wasn't worth months of phone calls to get their mis billing corrected.
Stephanie and Alicia have been truly amazing throughout my pt journey. They are both compassionate and have a tremendous level of expertise in their field. I have always felt welcomed and well cared for during every session. I would highly recommend Stephanie for PFT and Alicia for PT.A.N.
These guys are great! I had knee replacement surgery. The PT's took care of me and helped me recuperate. I still have a few more sessions however I have been a patient since the middle of May. They work you hard but it is worth it. Furthermore, it is at the YMCA so that helps as well. If you get a massage, be clear on what you want to manage expectations. Thanks Olympic (Stephanie & Melissa!).
