“Like many dog owners, my cavalier is one of the family. I’m a bit over protective and certainly concerned for not only his health but his daily love of life. Where to leave him while going on vacation was a difficult decision until we learned about Rosedale Pet Resort. The personal care and attention he receives there and the upscale facilities make that decision easy, now. He has been going there 3 to 4 times a year for four years. We have always been very happy with the personal care he gets and the pictures and updates received. He always seems excited to be there when we drop him off and always excited to see us when we pick him up: much like we are excited to get to our vacation spot and then happy to be home once again. It’s always hard to leave my sidekick behind but I never have to worry about his welfare at Rosedale. I truly believe we both end up with enjoyable vacations.“

“This man is a true professional in his craft. His approach is positive and comprehensive. I originally came to Alex with a large dog that had reactivity issues. My dog had her hackles up, barked and nipped at every stranger she met and I was worried it would develop into worse behaviors later on. On his first visit we introduced him to our dog and, as soon as she saw him, she began barking at him with her hackles up. Alex recognized that she had confidence issues and gave us the right tools to work with her and get her on track and by the end of the first visit she was no longer interested in him being in our home. By the end of the second visit it was clear she had bonded with him. She was excited for him to be there and was even listening to his commands. It is clear that he was very knowledgeable and his approach not only works but is effective. Thank you for everything you have done.“

“Highly recommend!!! I have dogs who do get anxiety but every time I drop them off, they happily trot off with the staff . The facility is clean & the area is set up really well. You drive/walk up and can see the owner's beautiful dogs. My dogs smell so good when I pick them up which tells me they keep their runs clean. They always come home with these adorable bandanas, & happy as can be. This last stay being so close to Halloween, the dogs were sent home with their "trick or treat" bags of dog treats. I appreciate the staff's understanding of all dog breeds and their care for the dogs when they are in their care!!! Thank you for always taking such good care of my pups!“

It was all so fun. She's amazing with her instincts on what a dog needs and understanding how show me to be a better leader and communicator. She's helped me grow as a trainer and just enjoy my dogs more. Couldn't recommend enough.“

“We kept our 2 dogs here for 1 week. We provided food and a feeding schedule as well as a few blankets and toys. We were updated with pictures on request. The owner is responsive and answered all of our questions. When we picked our dogs up they were happy and healthy.I highly recommend this facility.“
