Sound Dog Connection

Ann Waterbury at Sound Dog Connection is wonderful! We adopted a large breed puppy from a rescue in March 2023. Our new pup was guarding resources, biting, and sometimes aggressive when touched. I knew that the problems weren’t obedience, but behavioral instead. Ann taught us methods to work through our dog’s issues and how to read her cues so we could respond appropriately to her needs. What we learned was how to be the humans our dog needed and that each game we played was a learning opportunity. Our girl is wonderful and we’re so grateful for Ann’s help. Sound Dog Connection and Ann are a big part of our success!

Excellent first session. Ann is extremely knowledgeable and provides great tips and options to correct and help prevent unwanted behavior. I’m excited to see how these sessions will continue to help my dog and I’m excited to use the helpful information outside of class. Thank you!

My husband and I where looking for a knowledgeable, positive reinforcement trainer for our very timid St. Poodle. It was obvious at our first lesson we found a very knowledgeable, professional trainer with a very calm atmosphere. We left with a few exercises to work on and we’re really looking forward to our next visit.
