“I have been going here since just after they opened, truly love this place and all the staff. Despite moving many miles and a toll away I continue to go here. When is started going it was just me, now it's my entire family, they all love it here too. They speak to you in a way that helps make you confident and provide great advice on how to make better decisions. When I started going here I had a huge fear of going to the dentist and wanted to go the sedation dentistry route, but they made me relaxed and I felt safe and in my nearly 20 years of going here I have not had sedation once. Now I am confident and enjoy my regular visits. Truly a gem.“

If I could add a star, I would.Dr. Reid and the staff are incredibly welcoming and calming, let alone fun! They sing with you, have great dialogue.. I’m so comfortable with this crew I’d go have a beer with all of them! After a couple major procedures and fixin’ things up a bit, I am so grateful to have made the choice I did. “Absolutely amazing staff. I changed dentist, which is always scary, I was so nervous. Just walking in the door and being greeted with a warm smile, made me feel like I was finally home. I will never switch dentists again, Both Drs and hygienist took great care of me. I have never had a dentist so thorough, taking color pictures to show me the damage to my teeth. They treat you like family. Even after 3 hours of work, they take the time to check if you have any questions before you go. I LOVE this office.“

“I switched my kiddos dental care here after his very first dentist stopped taking his insurance, then the next one closed suddenly - they made me sit in the lobby during my kids exam, so I wasn't entirely mad about finding a new clinic. I'm so glad we made the switch! That was about 2 years ago. My 11yo loves Dr. Shinn! He's a very engaging and caring dentist, I have been quite pleased with how well he relates with my sports enthusiast boy. They have great conversations about my sons various sports endeavors.The last time (several years ago) when my kiddo had to get some cavities worked on, it was a whole situation, he was very fearful - overall, it wasn't good, and I felt like the staff was just "doing their job" rather than reading their patient and responding - I ended up having to help them hold him down in the chair... it was all bad. When my kiddo needed some additional work last year, Dr. Shinn made him feel so safe and comfortable, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and my son left with a renewed sense of trust in his dentist. ❤️This place is great, the staff is great and Dr. Shinn is the best pediatric dentist I've ever had the pleasure of working with!“

“Staff was kind and friendly, they answered most of my questions and seemed fairly understanding. I haven’t done a great job taking care of my teeth and gums, which I’m trying to fix, but I didn’t feel judged by the staff like I have at other dentist in the past. Only problem was that the appointment lasted longer than I thought it would, mainly because my appointment was the first of the day and the main dentist was stuck in traffic. Luckily I didn’t have anything to do for the rest of the day, but if I had it would have been a problem.“
