They showed a level of exemplar level of professionalism . Stephanie was able to confirm my insurance quickly to get me on their schedule. She also made me comfortable (her bedside manner was awesome)!Brooke's bedside manner put me at ease while taking xrays and reporting her findings quickly to Dr.Judy.Dr. Judy reassured me that she could help me if I ever needed dental care when she called me last November. The fact that she remembered the story of my tooth/situation was amazing. Her explanation of my procedure and the importance of it were clear concise . Her diligence and knowledge of her expertise were also "spot-on"!! She made absolute sure I was numb and didn't have any pain in addition to checking on me a few hours later and ordered me pain medication.Manu was very helpful at the end of the visit and making sure I was setup for my next visit.The whole team is very professional and work really well together which says a lot about those who choose healthcare. I'm looking forward to working with them to improve my dental health! 5 stars!!“
“Switched to this practice after sub par treatment at a nearby office. Atmosphere is calm and everyone is always friendly and professional. They are transparent with pricing and are very good about consulting with you on treatment plans that meet your needs. Strong focus on patient comfort during procedures. If you have dentist anxiety this is a good place to go. They did a really good job restoring my oral health. I am very happy with my results.“

I've had the misfortune of experiencing a couple of dental emergencies in the past year and Dr. Byram has been ultra-responsive and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help with my distress. Simply put, Dr. Byram is an absolute gem. I also love my hygienist, Chris. She's very thorough and knowledgeable, and has a great personality! “I hadn't been to a dentist in over 20 yrs. Finally my teeth were so bad I needed to get them removed. I went to university place smiles and they made me feel at home. I had my consult in morning and then they set me to have my teeth removed same day. I couldn't be more happy with result and should have new teeth by Xmas. I recommend this place to anyone.
