She gets you booked up and ready to go for your appointment, greets you with a smile and makes sure that you are ready to go slay the day (and have another appointment booked) when you’re done. Next up, we have Sarbjot, a woman who has dental cleanings down to a science. Like is the government aware? This woman’s precision and care should be studied. If you are lucky enough to work with her, learn from her. Don’t make me say it again. And last we have Dr. La Rota himself, a man who so passionately loves what he does and where he works that his joy can be felt across the entire office. Whether it’s thoughtfully presenting a treatment plan, or getting a nervous child to laugh, you know immediately when you are in his presence that you are in the hands of someone who cares about you and your smile. So yes, “pick me”, choose me, brush my teeth, or whatever the heck Meredith Grey said. If loving Burien Dental is wrong, I don’t want to be right.“

The main receptionist is really nice and great at her job, the hygienist was friendly and offered helpful advice, and the dentist knows what he's doing and takes comments about issues your having seriously and addresses them. Only complaint is that too many people use this dentist office so they can be pretty busy making scheduling somewhat difficult.“

It was recommended to me, I’m glad I listened & made the (short) drive into Tukwila. Everyone here loves their job. From front desk to hygienists to doctors, to everyone in between, they’re all happy to be there. And they’re all great at their job. I had to have an extraction done which I was nervous about and they did an amazing job at both reassuring me and keeping me comfortable. Dr. Sangroy is great, Sarah is definitely one of the best hygienists I've ever had, and the dental assistants and front office staff are all friendly and top notch at what they do! I had made the mistake of taking a couple years off from regular cleanings, but they got me all fixed up nicely and all the pain and discomfort is gone... dental insurance seems to be a little wonky at times but they're experts at billing too so there hasn't been a single hassle, plus if you have an emergency situation they're great at working to squeeze you in... definitely recommended!“

“Dr. Ancich is a great dentist. I recommend her for your whole family as she is highly professional and has expertise in many areas of dentistry. My 27 y/o son had another dentist (while away for college) comment how amazed he was about how well a very tricky cap was done. Dr. Ancich is diligent about getting things done well. She is also willing to see you in emergencies outside of regular office hours. She did this several times for my son as she was working with a difficult placement of a cap and just yesterday she told me to call her if I had any concerns about how my new night guard fit even if it was the weekend because she knew I was leaving for an extended trip and she cares that I wear it. She is an outstanding dentist!“

“I like Watermark Dentistry but I'm disappointed to see that you have replaced your front desk person with a screen. It's bad enough that you send your forms electronically for me to complete and then on top of that, I have to check in with another screen.“

“Dr. Tran did the collagen graft on 3 of my teeth last week. This procedure is one of the best things ever happened to me. I now can enjoy ice cream and food again. I live with teeth sensitivity for so long. I even forgot how good it feels without pain. The procedure only takes an hour with minimal downtime. I only need 400mg Ibuprofen after the procedure. The gum growing back healthy within a week. I highly recommend this service if you experience gum recession, sensitivity with cold and/or hot.
Also Dr. Tran’s team members are very knowledgeable and nice! They will treat you as family members!“
