I've been coming to Dr. Entering for a very long time. She's the BEST. And her staff as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and a Great atmosphere. I've never had any issues at all. If you need a great dentist, Dr. Enneking is it. I would recommend her Very highly. ☺
Nothing but high praise for this practice! Always difficult to start with a new dentist (previous one retired) but he & his staff have been excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, efficient, caring and focused. I had a time issue with my tooth repair and they were diligent in getting it resolved before I left on my trip. Can't say enough for their follow-through and patience with my many phone calls. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
My husband and I have had 2 appts since Dr O took over Dr Enneking's practice. Dr O and his assistant are very personable and professional as is the Hygienist Feza. However, the receptionist Jean -not so much. Maybe we caught her on a off day this week, but she was less than personable or helpful when we were handed a tablet to update all our information 5 mins before our scheduled appt. There were alot of questions and not enough time to accurately answer them. If updated information is required, we should have been asked to come in earlier with the required info so we could answer correctly.
