“Technology Unlimited is a Brother Authorized Service Center. My Brother printer was yielding a "hardware" error code ("Print Unable 32"). TU quoted $40+tax to investigate, and if I elected to proceed with the repair this would be credited against a $90 labor charge ( plus parts). Two days later, I got a call that the printer was ready, and the total charge would be...$40+tax!!! Apparently, some adhesive from a mis-fed sticker got on the sensor shield door, and it needed to be cleaned to operate properly. I appreciate that they completed this simple repair without charging me a full hour for labor. Additionally, Susan was a pleasure to deal with.“
