Slightly more expensive, vastly more experienced. Don't take your PC to a large retailer for repairs! Trust a reputable small business that has to do good work in order to survive.I work in the I.T. space, and I take anything I can't figure out myself here. They've never let me down.

Was having trouble with an HDMI for a while and finally decided to do something about it. Had the pleasure of working with Jake and Troy who were awesome with keeping me in the loop with everything and wanted to be sure I got my money's worth. Great group of folks, and if anything ever happens to my machines, I will be coming back to see them again.

I chose this company based on the Google reviews so I feel compelled to add my review. I was initially put off when bringing my desktop computer in. The price changed from the initial phone call. But.... After they got it opened, they saw it was not a gaming computer, it was just a regular desktop in a gaming tower so I could have the cool lights ;) It only took 3 days to fix and even though one of the things wrong was due to my mess up, they didn't make me feel silly. Jake (I think that's his name) glossed right over that detail and told me the other repairs that were made to fix me up. And man!
