This place is super friendly, and they will take care of you here. There were a couple issues that arose with my laptop, but they were able to be resolved quickly and professionally with no hard feelings.
I couldn't recommend this place enough. To you, the reader, I would say inspect your product thoroughly before you leave, and so would they. This is so that any further issues are resolved while being there.
Didn't end up going with them for my repair (yet) because I ultimately decided against it for the time being for my own reasons, but Andrew took the time to provide quotes, confirm my suspicions about my laptop's limitations, and offer potential alternatives without ever receiving a dime from me. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage in any way and appreciated his expertise and time.
