Communication, quality of work, dedication to schedule, realistic commitments, pricing transparency, flexibility, workmanship, advice, selection and management of subcontractors, planning, coordination with external design consultants... everything is 5 stars. We can say enough about Chris (the owner) and Andy (our PM). Our project involved and unplanned (re)renovation of our finished basement, plus a complete remodel of our master bathroom and master bedroom closet area. The Bicknell team helped us craft a plan and scope that met our needs, communicated clearly about all facets of the project, and tolerated and helped us manage the involvement of our insurance company. Our scope expanded and the targets shifted (as they often do) and the Bicknell squad felt like real partners and advocates through it all. That's really something!
