“I recently visited Swedish Urgent Care and had a really positive experience overall.

The average wait time is about 1-2 hours, which is reasonable for urgent care, and the best part is you can make an appointment in advance to save time. What I loved most was their thoughtful service—they let you wait comfortably in your car and give you a call when an exam room is available, so you don’t have to sit in a crowded waiting area.

The facility itself is quiet and well-maintained, making the wait feel less stressful. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions patiently. And once I was called in, the doctor was efficient and attentive—they listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear guidance quickly, no unnecessary delays.

“I’m really surprised at the low rating on this place. I’m a Polyclinic patient so it did help that I already had a virtual appt/rec from my doctor to be seen and tested for strep. I was in and out in 15 mins with my results already in my mychart. I went at noon on a Tuesday. 5 days later I had an allergic reaction to the penicillin and went back in at 6pm (hour to close) on a Monday and was again seen in minutes & out of there in 40 mins after a thorough check up with my prescription ready across the street at CVS. Only one person in the waiting room both times. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I will be returning if I ever need to.“

“Not sure why other people review this place badly?? I just went today and the receptionist was so kind and helped me set up my new information that I needed to add. While I was sitting in the lobby (for an appropriate amount of time since four people were ahead. Walk ins are first come first serve so idk why people are complaining. I barely had to wait.) the two older people working at the lab welcomed everyone so friendly and were joking with people and remembered the past patients. Including one elderly woman who clearly goes often. She left laughing and saying “you guys always make this so fun. Thank you.”
When I got seen the nurse was very friendly and answered all my questions nicely. I was embarrassed for what I had to go in for but the doctor made me feel like it was totally fine and to not worry. Answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. I had a great experience.“
