“My wife Krishna Sirisha has been suffering from sciatica and herniated disc issues for the past 4 to 5 years in India. We came to Seattle to visit our son, who stays at Duvall WA. During this time, my wife developed severe back pain and she was unable to move even one step. The situation was very critical as we had upcoming international travel. At that time, our son introduced us to Dr. Metcalf as time was of essence and my wife needed immediate care.Dr. Metcalf did a careful study of my wife's problem and advised us on 12 sessions of chiropractic treatment along with Laser application. The first three sessions were so painful and at one stage we almost decided to discontinue. However, Dr Metcalf did excellent counselling along with periodic chiropractic sessions. The result was amazing and I am glad to say today that my wife has been able to walk comfortably. “I wish there were more stars… I agree with the many reviewers that write Dr Ray is the best Chiropractor ever! A couple weeks ago, I had very bad sciatica pain, including shooting pains down my left leg. Beginning Feb 2nd—for about 2 weeks, I could not stand up straight, I was bent at the waist at 90 degrees and in order to walk, I had to make little marching movements. My daughter made me an appt with Dr Ray and I went to work trying to get well enough to get to ther car by my appt. I tried not to move much, lots of Ice, Vicodins, Ibuprofin, Diclofenac. The pain was so bad, it hit my 10 scale when I tried to walk. Taking MORE Vicodins dod nothing because it was nerve pain which breaks through pain pills. On appt day, Wed Feb 13th, I was able to get to the car and to Dr Ray. 45 minutes later I am a new person. WOW. It is now about 10 days POST Dr Ray and my back has continued to improve. It’s the best it has been in about 90 days. Unbelievably helpful. I feel so much better. Dr Ray is an “old school” Chiropractor. “Dr. Trina Seligman has been a pivotal partner in my long-term struggle to overcome medical and metabolic issues which caused me to gain weight, as well as struggle to lose it. Back in 2012, I'd found success on a low-carb weight loss program and managed to drop 60 of the 125 lbs I needed to lose. But when things slowed down, and the standard instructions I was following stopped working, Dr. Trina helped me identify root causes and address them directly. With her help I managed to lose the rest of my weight (125 lbs in total), and gained important knowledge to understand my own body in ways that have helped me ever since. My situation was complex. However she drilled down much deeper than any other provider I'd worked with into PCOS and Metabolic syndrome. She quadrupled my dose of Metformin for PCOS (which I learned was standard for the condition if you knew the science behind it). “Neal is a master physical therapist. He does things that others say can't be done. I have had spinal and foot issues since early childhood. I saw a number of PT's and several chiropractors, a couple of deep tissue massage therapist, a podiatrist, and a Rolfer. Most helped a little for a short time. My posture, my foot strike, and even the shape of my feet have changed in a good way thanks to Neal's treatments and his suggested stretches. This guy is really good.“
