I want to take just a moment and seriously express my gratitude for Dr. Nicole Kaufman, her family, and their business. I lost hope in chiropractors, I felt like everyone I went to was only there to take my money and try to sell me miracle creams, supplements, and snake oil. I am a Heavy construction carpenter and I absolutely abuse my body. I felt like no one would/could help me. In pain every night countless hours of sleep lost. I was miserable, this office was recommended to me by a friend, honestly I wanted nothing to do with it, didn't trust it. I needed help, so against what I believed I went. I am super thankful I did. With severe shoulder/neck pain and migraine, I called several places around Seattle and bothell for the same day appointment and this place welcomed me to show up after an hour I called. I normally don’t write reviews but I wanted to show recognition for the exceptional care and service I received today. This is a family owned and run by the family which maybe is why they’re so welcoming and friendly. I’m looking forward to my follow up appointments and to recovery. Thank you
