He’s so thorough and he spent so much time with me to find the best course of treatment for me and my body. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and have felt so much progress, he has helped me tame the daily pain I was in to being able to go to my appointments and say I feel SO much better in my everyday life. Cat who works front office is the sweetest, she has helped me so much to make the most of my insurance benefits and beyond. They truly care about their patients! I will never go elsewhere. I highly recommend! Thank you Red-Rose!!“

Occurrences are far less often and less severe. It used to take up to a week to recover from a stiff neck before, now even if they happen, i will mostly be back to normal the next day. I can’t say enough how life changing treatment was.“

Dr. Frank took personal interest in my recovery and was very clear with his instructions. I'm no medical expert, but I feel like I've never heard of someone's recovery going so smoothly. I can't wait to resume the things I was doing before the accident and re-gain a sense of normalcy. I hope your holidays are well and best of luck with the family-kyle“

“I first started seeing Dr. Emily at top Kirkland Family Chiropractic for my chronic migraines, and some overall stiffness in my shoulders and upper back. Dr. Emily was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and the benefits that chiropractic care could have to help both with migraines and stiffness but also for my overall health in general. She discussed with me the different techniques that she uses to make me feel more comfortable with the adjustment and with techniques I was not so sure about she assured me she had other ways she could adjust me. Since starting to see Dr. Emily, I have had fewer migraines and when I do have a migraine they do not last as long. Also, I noticed that the tension in my neck is gone for a couple weeks at a time instead of for only a day or 2 after my previous experiences with chiropractic. My body overall has been feeling less stiff and I have been able to sleep better at night. I can't recommend going to see Dr. Emily at Kirkland Family Chiropractic in Kirkland, WA enough! Thank you, Dr. Emily for your amazing help to get me some relief!“

13131 NE 85th St Suite 100, Kirkland“I had been struggling with low back pain for a few weeks before deciding to visit Alight Chiropractic, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Dr. Lee was thorough in his examination, taking the time to explain everything clearly, including the results of the x-ray he took. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the get-go.What impressed me the most was Dr. Lee's genuine care for his patients. He not only addressed my immediate concerns but also provided guidance on how to improve and prevent future pain. The staff were friendly, and the office had a cozy atmosphere, making each visit a comfortable experience. After just two weeks of treatment, I've noticed a significant decrease in my pain levels. I continue to see Dr. Lee for ongoing improvement, and I have full confidence in his abilities. Overall, I highly recommend Alight Chiropractic for anyone seeking effective, professional care for their chiropractic needs.“

Every day I am improving and it’s been about one year since I’ve seen him. Before him I was hurting every single day. He suggested vitamins that I take. My doctor never did that for me. I’d add other problems and he solve them. Best Dr. ever“

634 7th Ave, Kirkland“My husband developed neck spasms that got worse over the course of several hours, to the point where he barely could move at all. One minor wrong movement, and he would go into painful spasms - pain that was 8-9 out of 10. He tried to sleep it off, but the pain was just as bad the next day. So it was time to find a chiropractor. On a Sunday. Oh joy. I called around several places, but nobody was available today. Eventually I found Dr. Kevin. After looking at his Yelp page(s) and his website (the URL listed on Yelp is wrong), he looked a bit sketchy to me. But we were out of options, so we decided to give him a try. We're so glad we did! It turns out that Dr. Kevin has "clinics" in both Kirkland and Renton. We chose to meet him at the Kirkland clinic today. After/while filling out a relatively lightweight set of paperwork (yay!), Dr. Kevin did a great job listening to our story and he asked good questions. Eventually he asked my husband to move in specific ways, and Dr. Kevin poked / prodded him in some areas to identify the source of the problem. Dr. Kevin took some time to explain his conclusions, as well as his proposed treatment. My husband agreed to the treatment and so we got started with that... After some adjustments, I could tell that my husband's movement had improved quite a bit already. Dr. Kevin rounded out the visit by giving my husband instructions on exercises and how to ice the sore spot over the next couple days. The cost for the visit was reasonable and straightforward. We don't have insurance at the moment, so he swiped our HSA card using his phone. If we have any questions, we can text him. Dr. Kevin strikes me as a solid, honest, easy-going professional. Early on, he mentioned that my husband likely would need a follow-up visit in a couple days, but since Dr. Kevin wouldn't be in Kirkland during that time, we'd likely need to see a different chiropractor. Because my husband's mobility improved a lot during the initial visit, we've decided to drive to Renton for the next visit - even though there are other chiropractors with offices much closer to where we live.“

“I have been suffering from lower back pain for years of playing sports and working in a physically taxing field. As a healthcare worker, my body takes a beating on a regular basis, and self-care is what allows me to continue doing what I love. I have been seeing Dr. josh for over a year now, and he has made a tremendous contribution to my health and quality of life.Chiropractic has allowed me to wake up in the morning pain free, and ready to tackle the day.Thank you for taking the time to listen to me, and ask how I am feeling on each of my visits. If something doesn’t feel right, Dr. Josh takes me the time to assess and address the root of the issue.I come into the office as frail man, but leave feeling like an indestructible machine.“

“This place has been such a HUGE part of my journey to wellness again! I suffered from frequent headaches and constant neck and back pain. They treated me with adjustments and traction and I no longer have these issues! I still go in for occasional adjustments and highly recommend this place!!“
“Last year, I began experiencing chronic pain in my neck from a previous injury and degeneration. There was never a moment in the day I didn't feel some kind of discomfort. It was a constant distraction from whatever else I was doing! Because of the structural issues, I thought that was my life now, dealing with the constant discomfort in my neck (which also caused headaches). I started seeing Dr. Penry toward the end of last year, and within a couple months, there was noticeable improvement in my neck pain! I know it is still a sensitive area, but most days, I am pain-free! Dr. Penry is intuitive and can tailor treatment to his patients' needs. I highly recommend him!“
