“Last September I was at one of the lowest points I have ever reached in my life, I can confidently say I had hit my Rock bottom. My mental health was in the garbage; I was more stressed out at work than I had ever been and to top it all off I had injured my back again for the 900th time. My boss came into my shop one day for a monthly visit and saw me in this shape. I could hardly turn my head to look at him. He was sick of hearing me complain about my body and habits.
