“I needed a second opinion after another company came out to do a sponsored service to my furnace- you know, the kind that gets them in the door and then try to sell you something. The technician that came out heralded impending doom and my furnace (which has never had a single hiccup) had moments left until it shut down. The technician sent out by R&R was thorough and so courteous. He said my furnace has NONE of the issues “identified” by the crooks in the pink trucks and some of the things they were supposed to service they didn’t even touch. Finally, they didn’t charge me a dime. I am so relieved and grateful. This local business has my lifetime allegiance!“

Nate arrived at my home right on time. He was kind enough to move a small cabinet out of the work area and started on the hot water tank install. He was here almost 3 hours and worked quickly and efficiently. Nate had to take time to dig out the water shut off to the house!!!

We were considering replacing our older HVAC system and water heater to take advantage of a sale. So I called Andrew’s mechanical at about 5 o’clock one day And Larry took my call. He asked me if everything was working and I said yes and he says don’t fix it till it’s broke!!

I've had a couple SMALL problems with our HVAC unit installed in 2011, now in 2024, and they're the tiniest of problems that are actually EXPECTED of a system this old.
