“Kyle came out to give us an estimate, he was pleasant, respectful & and all a round nice guy. He gave us a great price and after a recommendation by a neighbor we decided to go with Cascade.
We went to the office to give them a down payment & the ladies there were a real delight. Jose and his crew came out a couple of weeks later and knocked it out in a couple of days. They did a great job, polite, respectful and cleaned up a messy job quite efficiently.
Now, we sit here happy, warm and dry.... Well done....“

“We are currently having our home built by Reality Homes. Currently are very pleased how it's coming together updates through the owners portal have been very helpful, and they have continued to assist with any issues that might or may have arise and I see the results along the way. Pamela has been incredible from the moment we signed to throughout the process of us picking out our finishes. We came into this build probably during the worst time during COVID. With that said yes there were price increases due to COVID, we had different project managers, and communication could be a bit better, but overall everything was given to us and known beforehand, 120 day lock, possible additional foundation cost, site readiness, etc., plus the knowledge of homeowner responsibilities work on our part which is a small price to have a home of our own. My family were never on a deadline or timeline to move going through the VA one time loan construction program. We are extremely thankful as our home completion is set Dec this year. A BIG Thank You to Pamela and everyone on the team helping build our home, not house, but Our Home. We never thought this would be possible, but our lender and Reality Homes have made it like they said a REALITY!Service: Home building“
