I Was having lots of issues with a new roof that I had put on 5 yrs ago from another Company. Long story short, my roof was bad, shingles kept flying off, leaks into my attic amongst other issues. I called this Company they were out to my home same day inspecting my roof and helping do what they could to keep any leaks from getting into my home until they could replace it. I am amazed how professional, trustworthy and nice all the workers were from start to Finish. They took pictures and documented everything!! They went above and beyond. Cascade Roofing was recommended to me by my son after they replaced his roof, and once my old roof started leaking in March '26. Kyle came out within a couple days to bid and offered to tarp my roof until the job could be done. The owner Chris called and arranged a date for repair and had someone come out that day to tarp. There was a narrow window of dry weather coming up the next weekend and the crew came out and got it done in two days! Communication with every Cascade Roofing employee was pleasant and timely, the work was fast and I could see there was pride in doing a quality job, including replacing some rotten fascia boards.
